The hotel offered a mix of positives and negatives. While the rooms were not as spacious as expected and cleanliness was a concern, the beds were cozy. The service was generally friendly, with a peculiar incident surrounding internet access. The location was excellent for its proximity to important sites, but the dining options left much to be desired.

The hotel is conveniently located near Haram and close to the women's entrance, making it a perfect spot for religious activities. The rooms offer basic facilities with spacious and comfortable beds, although the additional spring roller bed was a bit noisy. The service was helpful and cooperative, adding to the overall experience. However, the dining options were limited and below expected standards for a 5-star hotel.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, overlooking Umar Ibn Khattab and Abu Bakr's Masjid, were a good size, although there was a bad smell in one of them. The two rooms connected to each other undoubtedly tasted very good, but upon arrival, I encountered some issues like both telephones not working, the television malfunctioning, and cleanliness concerns, with dirty cotton buds found beside the bed. On the positive side, the connection between rooms was a nice feature.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable, much better than our friends' room at a nearby five-star hotel. Although the location was superb, very close to Masjid Al Haram, there were some issues with directions and cleanliness outside the hotel. The dining experience offered good bakery products, but there were some delays in staff service. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms offered a view of Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, allowing me to see people walking into the mosque for prayers from my window, which was fantastic. However, the room had limited towels, and it took multiple calls and hours to get the issue resolved. The reception staff were not as attentive as expected.

I had a very pleasing stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious with 2 single beds and 1 pull-out bed. The service was excellent, from the porters to the reception staff, especially Mohammed Madi. The location was excellent, just across the street from the entrance of the Haram. However, the dining experience could be improved with more fresh options. Overall, a great value for the services and facilities provided.
